At Sharma Multitech Engineering, our core philosophy is built on a commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We have established a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, which is implemented across all projects—irrespective of size, scope, or complexity. This system is continuously reviewed and improved through structured internal audits and performance evaluations.

Our Proprietor, Mr. Naresh Kumar Sharma, serves as the Head of Quality Assurance and is directly responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Quality Management System. His leadership ensures that quality remains a top priority at all levels of the organization.
Through active participation, ongoing training, and rigorous quality control, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service in all our operations.

Quality Policy

It is the policy of the company to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of customer satisfaction through Quality services complying with contract requirements, Standard & specifications in pursuit of its primary objectives. The QMS will be operated on all projects regardless of size, capacity or complexity and will be subjected to regular reviews by senior management in order to ensure its effective function based on a programme of internal audits for continual improvement.

The Proprietor is the Head of Quality Assurance and is responsible for implementation of the Quality Management System to improve awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
