Quality Policy

The QMS will be operated on all projects regardless of size, capacity or complexity and will be subjected to regular reviews by senior management in order to ensure its effective function based on a programme of internal audits for continual improvement.
The Proprietor is the Head of Quality Assurance and is responsible for implementation of the Quality Management System to improve awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
